As a advocate, I promote legal access to cannabis for medicinal, recreation and industrial use. I believe cannabis has the potential to change the medical, textile, fuel and construction industries just to name a few. I promote cannabis research and the full legalization of its use on a federal level.
Brain Strains on anchor.fm is my monthly podcast outlining my approach to cannabis advocacy. I also offer hints and tips that can be used no matter the focus of your specific advocacy work. It is also home to the new cannabis mystery, The Missing Phenotype, a Dank Detective Mystery.
On The Weekend Advocate, I will show you how to use tools on the internet that will allow you to be more efficient with your advocacy time and money.
Your donations help me provide free cannabis education to groups and charities all over the Great State of Oklahoma.
As a Certified Cannacian Trainer, certified through The ECS Therapy Center and Dr. Regina Nelson, I offer a cannacian certification class for Levels 1 to 3. I also offer non-certification class at a reduced price for those wanting the education but not requiring certification.
Uncle Chucks Cannabis Camp (theuccc.com) also offers Cannabis Primers to select individuals and groups. Typically tied to fund raising and public awareness events.
Through Instagram Posts, Blog Post and various articles in Herbage Magazine (herbagemag.com), I am focused on making sure those seeking cannabis to relieve symptoms of PTSD, Depression and Anxiety are not marginalized. Cannabis Education should also include information on how cannabis can be approached by those with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. Ironically, those who could benefit the most from cannabis, often are hesitant to seek it out as it risks taking them out of their comfort zone. The War on Drugs has put misinformation in the public domain for a long time. People suffering from Anxiety, PTSD and Depression sometimes have social limitations that keep them from seeking accurate cannabis information. My Classes, Blog Posts and Podcasts are all created with this in mind.
Growing up Stoned are BLOG Posts that reflect my memories of cannabis. From before I even knew what cannabis was to my current advocacy work. I will share some of my most memorable and probably some not so memorable cannabis moments.
Sativa Saturday are BLOG Posts devoted to uplifting and positive cannabis news and stories. Inspirational testimonials and motivational quotes will be included. Special emphasis will be made to reach out to those experiencing PTSD, Anxiety or Depression.

The year 2020 brought social distancing and a pandemic but i chose it to try and grow in a raised bed. I like the results.

A cannabinoid is one of a class of diverse chemical compounds that acts on cannabinoid receptors
Methods of Cannabis Use
There are many ways to consume Cannabis. From traditional smoking to eating edibles. From patches, you wear to tinctures, you place under your tongue.
2. Endocannabinoid System
Cannabinoid receptors, located throughout the body, are part of the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory. Cannabinoid receptors are of a class of cell membrane receptors in the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily.
3. Entourage Effect
The flower is traditionally smoked in a dry pipe, water pipe (bong) or rolled in paper or leaf (joint).
A tincture is alcohol or glycerin-based extract taken orally.
Oil can be smoked in a pipe or vaporizer, mixed in with flower, taken under the tongue or added to food (edibles).
The entourage effect is a proposed mechanism by which cannabis compounds act synergistically to modulate the overall psychoactive effects of the plant, primarily by the action of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
